Measuring for helmets

Run the tape round the circumference of the head at eyebrow level. Order the helmet size closest to this measurement.

Gloves – If buying lining gloves as well, remember to allow for these when checking measurements.

Measuring for socks
Stand on the tape with the big toe in line with the end of the tape. Run the tape under the foot up the back of the leg until you reach the correct length of sock. Order the sock size closest to this length.
